Centers Business Management is an established Southern California retail property management, sales and leasing company. Though the compnay exudes professionalism couched within a friendly, helping-hand environment, the orignal CBM Web site was cold, outdated and amateurish.

The redesigned site offers greater search engine relevancy, both through its construction and content.

Link into LoopNet.
CBM wanted to use Loopnet.com, the online industry leader for commercial property listing, to display its ever-changing database of properties. The hookup means CBM's agents can log on to Loopnet.com and update their profiles, listings and more as needed. It's a useful system for CBM, which prefers focusing on retail property management, sales and leasing rather than developing its own in-houses full-blown IT department.

Simple xhtml for easy updating.
Pixel Relish employed a fairly straight-forward CSS-based design to allow CBM to make basic content changes in-house, when desired.

Knowledgeable yet friendly language.
Pixel Relish rewrote most of the previous sit's copy to infuse it with additional useful (and search engine relevant) information as well as a consistent voice.
