challenge...
The club needed to update its old print ad with a new list of members, but it didn't have the old artwork.

solution...
So long as we had to rebuild the ad, we made some improvements: we moved the club logo to center stage, screened some birds into the background, then ran a gradient behind it all to allow for a darker background behind the list of names and phone numbers, which we typeset in Eurostile, putting the phone numbers as superscript.

SLODOG 2-Sided Handout

The client wanted their basic handout updated in light of the web site Pixel Relish created for the club.

solution...
Completely redesign the pamphlet. Include graphic elements -- SLODOG logo type, words-on-hills navigation photo, photo circles, page header fonts -- akin to those used in the site. Reorganize brochure content for readability and visual interest. Completely rewrite the content to achieve the friendly, knowledgeable commaraderie the club

CD Labels
These are completely unrelated companies, but the similar projects posed similar challenges, hence we grouped them together.

challenge...
Design CD labels for various products and companies.

solution...
Highlight the software name and, if applicable, version number. Work from established identity -- logo type, colors, logo art, as applicable -- to derive the remainder of the elements. Make distinctive to the product for quick recognition.
