Design a fun, inviting e-commerce site that excites people about made-to-order bedding (rather than making them feel overwhelmed by all the options). Search engine relevancy. Manipulate e-commerce software that's designed to track actual products for use in a made-to-order environment.

solution...
Bright, fun colors to get people in a creative mood. Samples section to give people ideas about what can be done. Build the Design & Order sections (the e-commerce sections) as their own site (sample shown at upper right) to allow the information pages to be constructed in a more search engine friendly manner than e-commerce allows for. Succinct copy writing and effective use of sample photos to keep verbiage to a minimum while clearly explaining this rather different approach to ordering children's bedding. Carefully organize the option menus (within the e-commerce pages) to make ordering as simple as possible while still allowing for all the design options the client wants to offer.

Create a search engine friendly site that highlights CBM's retail property listings and management. Link into loopnet.com for property listings.

solution...
Invite search engines with topic-specific text, CSS-based construction and formatting, plus some retail property management and leasing general information (regarding 1099 exchanges, for instance) for client education. Customize the LoopNet search pages to the CBM site's palette and style for a more seamless transition. Use a Flash element on the home page to call attention to a series of current listings. Simple navigation for uncomplicated surfing.
